Who ya got?

Apollo 13 and The Ten Commandments were both on Saturday night at about the same time. Which begs the question:

Which is the bigger work of fiction:

The "moon landing"

OR

The story of how Moses led the Hebrews out of Egypt (hell, all of the Bible, let's be serious...)?

I'd be interested to hear people's opinions. My opinion? Pick'em. Cheers.

Funny story. I was dog tired after working Saturday which explains why I was in to watch the Saturday evening prime time movies. An old friends from Bates was also watching The Ten Commandments while we were g-chatting and the first time Moses saw the burning bush and God spoke to Moses she dropped this gem:
"And I was expecting it to be Alanis Morrisette..."
Less than 5 people will probably get this reference but I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Quick wit.

  2. Your granddad is a PHONY. I could design a LEM that could "land" in a studio, too. Give me some foam insulation and some duct tape and stand back, I did OM...
